The Lodge at Wakulla Springs is a historic 1937 lodge inside Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park, just south of Tallahassee, Florida. Stay in one of 27 rooms overlooking one of the largest and deepest freshwater springs in the world, in a Mediterranean Revival building with Art Deco interiors and a member of Historic Hotels of America. Spend your days on a ranger-led river boat tour past bald cypress trees, wading birds, and alligators, and your evenings in the lodge’s dining room, with tall windows that look out over the springs. Whether you’re planning a getaway or a wedding, this is Florida’s only state park with a spring and a hotel on site.
